I am based in the Toronto area and generally see clients at my play/work space in south Mississauga, The Playhouse. The Playhouse is a cozy space with a full washroom, sturdy massage table, and lots of space and tools to facilitate many kinds of play. 

I also have other spaces in Toronto proper that I can book to meet you, including a charming loft in Parkdale (west Toronto), and a gorgeous dungeon in Cabbagetown (central Toronto). These locations do require additional space rental fees beyond my regular rates.

I’m also happy to come see you at hotels in the Toronto area and I even make house calls upon request.

If you’d like to see me outside the Toronto area I do offer options for me to travel to you. I do not travel to the USA.

All in person appointments with Lush Lynn require a deposit to book. Deposits ensure that you value my time and greatly increase the likelihood that you will show up at our appointment time. They also serve to show me who I am dealing with.

Deposits are $50 for incall appointments, $100 for outcalls. 

Any sessions over 2 hours may be subject to a larger deposit.
